Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from us.
Cancellation by You:
- Full Refund: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 21 days before your scheduled event date.
- Partial/No Refund: If you cancel your booking less than 21 days before the scheduled event date, we cannot offer a full refund. This is because we incur non-recoverable costs for food preparation, staffing, and securing local performers in advance of your visit.
How to Cancel: To cancel a booking, you must contact us either through the form on our Contact Us page or by replying directly to your booking confirmation email.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or operational issues. In such an event, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a different date.
5. Our Harvest: Product Information and Sales
This website showcases our farm products, including vegetables, Botswana beef, and partner wines. This information is for promotional purposes.
Wholesale & International Inquiries: All wholesale, international, and commercial sales are governed by separate contracts and agreements. The information on this website does not constitute a formal offer for sale in a commercial context.
